Happy first week of Super Smoothie Sunday! My first smoothie is a peanut butter banana smoothie, which is SOOOO good. I recently started the Daniel Fast which means I cannot have any dairy products, this means no real milk and no yogurt. Unlike normal, I have been having to use Unsweetened Almond milk and no yogurt but it still tastes fantastic!

The only ingredients you will need for a Peanut Butter Banana smoothie are: Unsweetened Almond milk, Bananas, Peanut Butter, and Chia seeds
The directions are quite simple: Just add the almond milk, bananas and peanut butter into a blender and blend it on the smoothie setting until it becomes smooth. There are no specific measurements for each of the ingredients because each individual likes a different consistency which is what I love the most about smoothies.
Once you get the consistency and taste that is desired I add chia seeds. Chia seeds are so healthy for you and I love adding them to my dishes, especially my smoothies, because they are barely noticed yet they give you so many health benefits. After the chia seeds are added I blend the smoothie for a little bit longer then the smoothie is done! I hope you enjoyed, have a great week kicksters!
